On September 10, 2009, SECAC signed its first international agreement with Politecinco di Torino in Italy.  This memorandum of agreement will form the basis for a student exchange program for mechanical engineering students.  Twenty students from Turin will come to participating SEC universities to study for one semester beginning Fall 2010.  Twenty SEC students will study in Turin during the Spring 2011 semester.
